Because of some life stuff and the fact that I'm in the process of moving decided not to do a daily challenge for #swordtember2024 instead I did a weekly one. Pretty happy with the results, and it was awesome watching other people take part in the challenge.

Week 4 of #Swordtember2024 Overgrown gothic. Found in the ruins of a temple to a long-forgotten god, the blade seems to be made from the same stone as a building. This stone holds an edge unlike anything I’ve seen, and the blade is still sharp.

A sword in the style of gothic windows overgrown with plant life

Week 1 of #Swordtember2024 The Aspect of the Shrike. During the century of darkness, ancient and terrible creatures ruled the land, sky and seas, one such was a great wyrm. Her true name is lost to time; however, she was given a common name by her unique way of dealing with her enemies, impaling her victims on long barbs she called from the very earth. It’s said that both the sword and mortal who struck her through retained an aspect of her great power.
