Update: kiddo asked for "snack cake" again today, so it's good enough for him to eat it a second time. Since my kid *loves* making new things but rarely has more than one serving of any new dish (even ones I found delicious), this was high praise.
(the recipe is called something like "Chocolate Snack Cake" presumably because most people will not voluntarily eat something with a name like "chocolate mayo cake" more than once)
