The first one says:
Known issues on Windows:
A large hosts file may result in the Windows DNS Client using a lot of CPU and, in some cases, making the whole system unresponsive. It may also impact the time required for connecting to a network.
We are really sorry about it, but please keep in mind that this problem is entirely Microsoft's fault. We are however trying our best to mitigate this issue from our end. For more information and updates about this problem, please visit this page.

The second one:
Conflicts with antivirus:
TBlock is often flagged as a malware by antivirus software on Windows. This is due to the fact that some malwares have used the hosts file to corrupt a device's network in the past. You may have to add an exception for tblock.exe.
If you're worried about TBlock modifying your hosts file, please remember that our software is open source and that you can browse its code at any time.

Limited support on Windows:
Automatic updates and graphical interface are not yet supported on Windows.
