Das Malz selbst auf dem Grill über Apfelholz aus dem eigenen Garten geräuchert. Dann ganz einfach und faul als einstufige Infusion gemaischt. Und den Hopfen selbst im Blumenbeet der Gemeinde gepflückt.
Einmal als klassisch gebrautes Bier. Ach nein: als Ale!
Und einmal als Raw Ale (ungekocht).
Geschmacklich und optisch ein kleiner Unterschied.

Men Mikkel disker også op med en blindsmagning af æblejuice, vi voksne drikker en stærk juleøl (Den Stive Nisse fra Humleland) og er både lidt imponerende og tydeligt fanget i vores egne interesser, mens vi kauserer over hvem der kunne være nutidens Shakespeare og i hvilken form. I mellemtiden fortæller Johannes Halfdan os om basketball og Mikkel finder en helt ny og overraskende måde at imponere Mathias på.
