I started using mastodon less then a week ago, after lupine suggested that it was a way too find friends
Im just a little shroom that likes too hide inside its room, i can be very overemotional especially when it comes too abandonment, data loss, and ableism... I like saving biodiversity, individual animals, and information. My philosophy is the direct result of my identity, like for example, im a ethical botanical fruitarian becouse im a fly agaric nature spirit.
I also like anthropomorphic vegetables, radially symmetrical organisms, the rarely seen higher taxa of life, phylogeny, non human coded cartoons, giants, object transformation, writing, music, and pseudoscience
If you feel the same as me then maybe we can be friends? Just know that i really am a lot too put up with, i can be a crybaby and often get very stressed very easily since im so sensitive, im not very smart and not very good at most science stuff, and i dont even enjoy most of the normal human stuff that others do, so im probably not a lot of fun...

Being a non-spiritual alterhuman myself. I've often felt like the bridge between the atheist and alterhuman communities in lots of ways. And because of that I have decided to make a flag for non-spiritual alterhumans or what I'm calling secular alterhumans. Since technically there are forms of secular spirituality that don't involve anything supernatural. But anyways, here's my flag. I hope you enjoy it. And also, unlike my other artwork, this flag is completely public domain, and I allow anyone to use it.
Description
Secular-Alterhumans are alterhumans with a lack of belief in the supernatural. This can range from being agnostic to active disbelief in the supernatural. Such as being unsure in the existence of the supernatural, to actively being certain in the nonexistence of the supernatural.
But are capable of possessing a personal mythology for their identity, something that they can like to imagine or hope is real, but not 100% believing it as factual. They are also capable of being into secular forms of spirituality, such as meditation or yoga, without believing it to be supernatural in nature.
The red represents lack of belief. The black represents non-belief. The blue represents belief in oneself. And the white represents a secular worldview. With the atom representing naturalism. While the alt key representing alterhumanity

So for the last year and a bit I've been figuring out my specie identity as that is pretty much the last part of me I think I felt unsure about... Recently I've discovered "Robotkin" - and I think after a long discussion with myself I think I can now accept it.
It makes sense though: I have been referring myself with machine terminology to describe me or my body's functions (power conduits, personality construct, coolant, etc) since my early Teens (at least), I gave myself a model number several years ago, I always did robotic-like gestures for things like waving, and I always just thought myself as a robot. More recently I've been hating the fact I'm organic, and I can't just modularly replace parts of myself! :akko_unamused2:
Considering technology and medical sciences are nowhere NEAR advance enough to do anything about this: nothing really changes. But it's good to have a name to how I've been feeling about myself! :apartyblobcat:
