While I hate the ugly semi-winter here in Germany I'd exchange everything for a more cold and bitter one in a Scandinavian environment. Seeing how fast the mountains got covered by snow last October was a great experience and although the Winter in the North isn't easy, I'd welcome this challenge with open arms!

Seeing a complete Aurora Borealis is (still) one part of my personal bucket list. This year in early October, I was closer to reaching this goal than ever before, but as the forecast was still moderate, this scenery at 2 am was the best I could achieve - this time!

Ten days passed by way too fast and last October, we tried to head home despite our ferry being postponed for another half day. Leaving this area behind just hurts but at least we head a great last day with a 12,35 km hike after being dropped from the boat we fished from. This shot was made with my #dji catching this 180° panorama view in 120 meters above sea level!
