There's a desire to obtain the unobtainable in order to validate their worthiness. Yesterday I spent a long time having fun playing #aranockonline. I want to do it today again, but the weird guilt of #toxicproductivity (maybe it's something else?) makes me feel #disinterested and #avoidant. Also it's very #hot in this house outside the room with the AC. I might make a tanky char to complement my #mage. Maybe I could get my partner to help me complete some labyrinths that I will struggle to solve alone. But it can also be a lot of work to get a char going, so idk. I'm feeling sorta #sleepy after #therapy. The therapist referred me to some #ADHD assessment places. I didn't bring it up before because I'm afraid of being one of the people who are hunting for some trendy diagnosis. I know I emailed them just like 40 minutes ago and it's #lunch break and they're probably booked like a month out, but I'm #impatient for a response. ⌚😮‍💨
