Beinn Pharlagain, Sgòr Gaibhre, and Càrn Dearg from Loch Eigheach yesterday. Fantastic views towards Schiehallion, Loch Ericht, Ben Alder, Rannoch Moor, Glen Nevis, and Glen Coe. And weather stayed fair.

A group of about 20 people and 2 dogs, in a small room with concrete floor and whitewashed stone walls. Saltire flag bunting and waterproof jackets hanging up. Two people at a cold summit cairn. Snow covered ground and blue sky with clouds.A group of small tents in the snow with some rocks showing through. A few people stood around wrapped up against the cold. Dull day.Black & white pic, two people wrapped up against the cold, one sat one stood, with large rucksacks, looking at the view. Snowy, with crags visible in the mist in the distance.

After a few low level 2- and 3- day treks, Moray and I decided it was time to up our game and do some hills.

A 2-day high level walk picking up the four which form the ridge to the north of . I've done them as a fairly straightforward single (long) day walk before, usually from bothy, but took the opportunity for a more relaxed 2 day outing with a high level camp. And our first Munro of the year (eventually!).

A highland loch with rocky hills on both sides. Moray the dog, wearing his panniers, stood in front of itA small tent, with a small lochan behind it, then crags with some snow patches at the back. Moray the dog is peering at the camera over the tent.Selfie of myself and Moray the dog sat by a summit cairn. More hills in the background with some snow patches. Moray the dog with a long mountain ridge behind him, the far summit is covered by mist. The hills are mostly green but with some rocky bits, and some snow in the foreground.
