Going through my second bag of tillamook cheese curds, we have been thoroughly enjoying cheese curd dillas. Still squeaky, still melty. Freaking amazing.
Over the weekend, this happened:
* I introduced my bf to Red Dwarf.
* I bought cheese curds, and he had cheese curds for the first time in his life. He liked them, but then he made the fatal mistake of leaving me alone with the cheese curds for an afternoon. I got high and ate the rest of the bag. :madjoy:
Guess what I found at Aldi this morning?
Cheese curds!
The drought is finally over. :catjam:
I haven't tasted them yet, because I've had my synthroid about 20 minutes ago, and I have to wait one hour before eating stuff.
Almost two weeks in Minneapolis, MN and I'm so glad we made this move! We made it to the State Fair, I've found some great coffee shops, and I'm already becoming a regular at the art museum #CheeseCurds

Speaking of deep-fried cheese curds, there was one in the bag of french fries that I accidentally got due to forgetting that's the default side in the basket (didn't want onion rings this time). I don't really like the seasoning on the cheese curd as it's a bit much, and I prefer Wendy's fries, but these are pretty good.
My mom had a bunch of these delivered. Seriously what do you do with cheese curds? #cheesecurds #help

I love cheesecurds of all sorts. My favourite though is probably fried white cheddar curds served with a blackberry barbecue sauce. 😋
