Another Thursday project idea for formalizing stuff in Mizar: The Icosians!

The Icosian group is isomorphic to the binary icosahedral group, but built out of quaternions.

We can use them to form a ring, also (confusingly) called the Icosians.

You can then form a lattice out of them, and it's isomorphic to the root lattice for the E8. It's really quite amazingly beautiful!

Married to Comics is showing today at 3pm at The Rio in Dalston, London: https://www.riocinema.org.uk/movie/married-to-comics---uk-premiere.

The film profiles biographical comic luminaries Justin Green (also a sign painter) and Carol Tyler, with contributions from artists including Robert Crumb and Art Spiegelman.

There is also an opportunity to see the film at the Woodstock Museum Film Festival in New York on 31 August.
