I installed /e/OS finally on my Fairphone5.
But had some struggle first. It didn't worked and I had to set my phone back with the rollback.
My Question: is it right, that the bootloader remains open?
Because it's not closed, after the install with the easy installer.
On a positive note, I successfully installed /e/OS on a Motorola One 5G Ace and have started using it as my daily. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack!! The number of trackers and tracking attempts /e/OS blocks from many of the apps I use is astonishing.
The tech we use doesn't need to be exploitative and predatory, but sadly much of it is. So I greatly appreciate what companies like #Murena are doing to try to protect and respect us.
