We invite you (yes you) to join us for a two day celebration of queer community and diverse art hosted by the Alter Arts Society. As the nights grow longer and the cold starts to set in, we invite you to join us over the November long weekend to cozy up together and celebrate the autumn season with our queer friends and allies. We will be gathering starting at noon on November 9th and 10th at the Oaklands Community Center. I was sitting outside the Justin Herman Plaza on the #Embarcadero in #SanFrancisco at sunset one night about 10 years ago.

I was hanging around looking for something to take pictures of and suddenly, out of nowhere, a #troupe of acrobatic #firedancers flooded down Market St with boomboxes and started swinging fire.
