I turn to relax, to quiet the sometimes overwhelming noise in my mind. Through this, yes I have improved my mental health, but I have also accumulated a lot of bowls and other objects. I'll be at the #UVic #UnitedWay Artisans Market on Wednesday from 12:00 to 18:00 along with about 40 other local craftspeople.
