Rose Pink Candy is knit in an aran/bulky weight yarn. It knits up pretty fast too. However, it's very easy to modify for other yarn weights, just repeat the patterning until it's the desired size! 😃

A couple of years ago, I made a tutorial on working slip stitch as edge treatment. I used it to neaten up the edges, and to add a bit of a contrasting color.

The tubular bind-off creates a rounded edge of your project, and is very stretchy. This makes it a very good bind-off for bottom-up socks. It's a tad time-consuming to work. Very much worth it, though! 😃

Crystal Palace was inspired by the characteristic glass and cast iron facade of the building designed for the Great Exhibition of 1851 in London. I made mine in fingering weight yarn, but it's pretty easy to customize!

Double increases aren’t as commonly used as basic single increases. Nevertheless, they absolutely have their place in the knitter’s toolkit. In this tutorial, I show you how to work the increase that consists of working (k1, yo, k1) all in the same stitch 😃

Small Shale is the smallest variation of the Old Shale stitch pattern, which is a traditional Shetland stitch pattern. Sets of decreases are alternated with sets of yarn over increases, creating a lovely wavy edge of both the bottom and top of the fabric 😃 lavisch.com/site/stitch-patter

Aurora Blue is knit sideways on the bias, making a shallow and asymmetrical triangle, perfect for wearing as an elegant scarf. I just love the combination of garter stitch, and simple lace 😊

The bunny ears back decrease, is a symmetrical way of decreasing 3 stitches to only 2, called this way, because the result somewhat looks like 2 bunny ears “hugging” the remaining 2 stitches. With this version, the “ears” point inwards 😃
