Hoy fue día de discutir en el transporte público 🚎🇫🇷. Se me salió lo francés desde mi ronco pecho 😂.

Primero, en la parada, un encuestador de Ginko empezó a hacerme preguntas sobre la calidad del servicio. Todo bien hasta que llegamos a las sugerencias. Me preguntó cómo se podría mejorar el servicio y le dije que en el tranvía, cuando llega al andén, las pantallas deberían indicar a los usuarios que primero dejen bajar a la gente antes de subir, como se hace en París o en CDMX 🚋. Pero sorpresa… no escribió nada ✍️❌.

Pensé: "bueno, es una idea larga", así que seguí subiendo al bus. Pero el encuestador también se subió y la conversación continuó. Todo bien hasta que mencioné que una de las funciones de la app no servía, la de marcar trayectos y ver en qué bus me muevo. Su respuesta fue: "Pues use Google Maps" 🗺️. Y yo así de "pero estamos hablando de la app de Ginko, no de Google Maps" 😑. O sea, es obvio que uso otra app porque la suya no funciona, pero la pregunta era cómo mejorarla.

También mencioné que podrían mejorar la consulta de horarios en tiempo real, pero creo que me metí en cosas muy técnicas y ya no me entendió. Ahí empezó la discusión y al final me soltó un: "Bueno, ya no se preocupe, al final las sugerencias no las vamos a agregar a la encuesta". Y yo solo shhh... 🤡.

Pero la cosa no terminó ahí. Cuando iba a bajar, el chófer estaba platicando con otro encuestador y no activó las puertas. Creo que alcé bastante la voz para decirle:

👉 "Monsieur, la porte, s'il vous plaît" 🔊

Me contestó que no había demandado la parada, pero sorpresa: ¡sí lo había hecho! 🤦‍♂️. Ya sin discutir, activó la puerta y me dejó bajar. Y así pasaron mis discusiones bien a la francesa 🇫🇷💀.

@jogi Ich habe ihn, seine Frau/Freundin und einen Bekannten/Freund(?) an einem Tisch ganz hinten im #Ginko sitzen sehen. Ein Bodyguard ist im Durchgang zum hinteren Raum gestanden, wurde plötzlich von zwei Frauen in ein Gespräch verwickelt, seine Kopfhörer und Funkgerät sind verschwunden und dann haben sie sich einen Tisch gegenüber den anderen drei gesucht.
