Grey CV What is a Grey CV? Traditional CV templates do not include sections that reflect the full breadth of a researcher's scholarship, and length constraints may not allow alternative publication formats (the so called 'Grey Literature') to be detailed in full. The Grey CV allows added flexibility in the forms of scholarship that can be documented, as well as allowing elaboration of how non-traditional forms of scholarship contribute to a researcher's productivity and impact in their field. To reduce duplication, traditional forms of scholarship (e.g., journal articles, conference presentations) are not included in the Grey CV, except as they pertain to 'grey literature' such as preprints, open access data repositories, and freely viewable web videos.

A Grey CV can help you to get credit for all your scholarship even if it's outside the body of your main CV.
