A cast-iron post-box shaped Glasgow Corporation Electricity Department junction box on Kirklee Terrace Lane in the West End of Glasgow. Known as a Lucy Box (after the Oxford foundry where most of them were made), they are usually cuboid in shape, but every now and then you comes across one of these cylindrical ones.

I love this new decorated junction box on the corner of Argyle Street and Kent Road in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. It's a homage to the old Anderston Rice Mill on nearby Washington Street, and amongst other things, it features a mosaic of a cat hunting mice around its base. It's by Fiddly Mosaics and is part of the programme run by Yardworks.
