The request in dispute, from a person identified as "Stewart," wasn't the basis for the federal lawsuit filed preemptively seven years ago by web designer #LorieSmith, before she started making wedding websites.

Judicial discretion would lead #SCOTUS to punt on this. "Call us when you've been sued by a same sex couple for not doing their graphics. Until then, there's no #injury." But the publicity alone guarantees - NO SAMESEX COUPLE WANTS #LORIESMITH TO DO THEIR INVITATIONS.
