I'm going to mark down today as a success. Productivity has been shit, and deadlines are painting myself into a corner, so I am almost at the point that I'll be "motivated". In my "pro"crastination, I've managed to fix a hole in a door (sanded and painted), filtered my cold brew, and my biggest achievement of the day.... managed to only drink 600ml or so of said cold brew... O_o #LowExpectations
The #Christmas🎄tree is up,
and by “up,” I mean plugged in,
because I never took it down.
Last winter, I removed the ornaments and unplugged the small tabletop tree I picked up years ago at a garage sale. I didn’t feel like forcing it back into its box, so I parked it in a corner. Today I plugged it in. I’ll put a 🌟 on top but that may be it. The lights are cheerful and I just don’t have the energy anymore.
