Gestapo in #Westfalen – Das LWL-Institut für westfälische Regionalgeschichte richtet am 19. und 20. März einen Workshop zur Edition der Lageberichte der westfälischen Gestapo aus.

Paula Oppermann, die als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin der HiKo die #Gestapo-Lageberichte der Reichshauptstadt #Berlin ediert, ist ebenfalls mit von der Partie.

#STERNFREUNDE EMPFEHLEN: NEUES AUS DER ASTRONOMIE -> VORTRAG AM Mi, 18.03.2026 /19.00 Uhr im #LWL-#Planetarium Münster. Dort werden die Highlights und Erkenntnisse aus der #Astronomie der letzten drei Monate vorgestellt und mit speziell aufbereiteten #Fulldome-Bildern anschaulich präsentiert. Die Bedeutung dieser Entdeckungen für die Wissenschaft und die Menschheit wird ebenfalls erläutert, dazu es gibt Ausblicke auf zukünftige Forschungen.

Muss demnächst noch um die 70m Netzwerkkabel legen. Bin grad hart am überlegen, ob ich nicht Glasfaser lege. Mein D-Link Switch hat eh zwei ungenutzte SFP-Ports und ich stell grad fest, dass so fertige LWL billiger sind wie ein ordentliches Netzwerkkabel.

Was gibts denn für Nachteile?
Ich mein Vorteile gibts ja ein paar, wie Energiesparender, kleinere Latenzen, höhere Geschwindigkeiten und eben billiger, wenn ich nicht irgendwas übersehen hab...

Scheint aber auch ein Thema für sich zu sein...

Diese Woche hat sich die neue Landschaftsversammlungdes konstutuiert. Gelebte demokratische Tradition mit neuen Herausforderungen. Ähnlich wie bei vielen Städten und Kreisen wachsen auch im LWL die Aufgaben, ohne das die entsprechende Finanzierung mit wächst.

Continuing the photos of the christmas market at the Freilicht Museum Hagen.

There was a lonly christmas tree on a small island (not bigger than the tree itself) on a lake.
Sadly it was pretty far away and I was there without professional equipment (I have just professional video equipment, tripods were not allowed and with a gimbal I wouldn't be able to enter houses or buy some things. Also I would've probably needed replacement arms after this day), so this was the best show I could get with my iPhone 16 Pro.

Continuing the photos of the christmas market at the Freilicht Museum Hagen.

We are back at the first small christmas market area, where we started.
This is basically the beginning and end area of the market.
If you take the bus from the entrance, it drives you to this part.
From here you can walk to the main area and back (and take the bus back to the entrance).

Since I walked from the entrance I also walked the way back without taking the bus, so there are some photos of the way back to the entrance coming in the next posts.
