A pilot sits on a rocky shoreline at sunset, wearing a bulky green flight suit that they’ve unzipped and peeled down to the waist. In the distance, their jet has crash-landed in the shallow water—its tailfins jutting out as waves lap against the hull. Sea birds circle and perch on the wreck. The ocean shifts from deep blue to warm orange under a massive setting sun, and glitchy rainbow text frames the scene. At the bottom, bold distorted letters read: “THE FUTURE IS OURS.”

Les premiers calculs confirment :
- rigidité tout PETG [potence et tube] ridicule. 10kg sur le guidon (~60cm) celui-ci s'affaissera de ~3cm.
- tenue sans strat possible avec 0 marge. 50kg sur le guidon, ~35-40Mpa (pour 50, print parfait). Si souvent donc, cassera en fatigue courte.
Illustration pour 100kg, 75-80Mpa [faux pas de courbe plastique] dans la zone qui m'intéresse. 160 zone carbone epoxy.

Test de position: OK.
Test fonctionnel:
- manque clairement de rigidité en PLA et si peu rempli.
- une montée de rampe et crack.
-> position ok.
La prochaine sera faite de PETG-CF avec plus de parois [au moins 8 en buse de 0.6], remplissage à 25%.
Stratifié de carbone epoxy pour la rigidité latérale et verticale.
Tube central d'au moins 30mm extérieur.
Probablement quelques calcul sous Calculix à l'aide de FREECAD
