Today's accomplishments:
* Six little bottles of spiced olive oil
* 3 bottles of raspberry/blueberry syrup
* located 3x ¼-pint jars of raspberry jelly which, alas, appears to have gone from soft to syrup.
* 1x ¼-pint jar of seedless blackberry jam (this appears to have been too popular to keep in the pantry?)
* located ½-pint jars of Amaretto cherries.
* labeled everything w/ingredients.
Also made a gentle start to preparing to pack, as the #frogboxes have arrived.
Packing stuff becomes more delicate once you're told that the pottery in my hands is around 3000 years old. 😯

This Thanksgiving is a weird one but I have something to be thankful for: leaving the US. It's an incredibly privileged position and fundamentally not an option (nor the right option) for most.
But it's about time to start a new chapter, hoping to start fresh, have some new challenges and hopefully set up to be a resource.
In the meantime I know I'm in for a lot of being repeatedly humbled and want to learn all I can. But first, gotta get there.

Got a ton of packing done yesterday and last night. Now it's down to mostly the things in the main room in my apt. and breaking down some furniture.
I'm highly allergic to dust and awoke today to my eyes being itchy and both nostrils clogged.
While this doesn't feel good, on the bright side, this is dust i won't be bringing with me to the new place soon.
