You know, when things like #myspace and #facebook started popping up, I was smart enough at about 13 years old to think "Hey, I bet you this is gonna get used to manipulate people politically in my lifetime," and usually got ignored by folks older than me as some kind of kid-like conspiracy.

Nobody took the idea seriously until it happened.

It's likely the most dangerous #tech that exists in the world. Maybe more so than nukes.

I was active in my local music scene in the late 2000’s and early 2010’s. I’m trying to recover music from local bands I used to listen to and finding if they’re available anywhere online- and a lot of music isn’t. It’s sad to know how much media might be lost forever.
