Drinking The Earl’s Drop 2015 after a hard day in the orchard collecting perry pears in. Hard to imagine this is 9 years old. Tastes fresh and vibrant as the 2019 those tannins go on working. Secondary fermentation in bottle sure locks in those flavours. #Cider #realcider #ciderapples.
