I hope everyone here had a lovely and safe Thanksgiving. My wife and I aren't into turkey. I planned to smoke ribs but due to timing and other factors it was postponed to this morning. First time doing it and it also happened to be windy enough to blow out the flames on the grill several times, even with the lid closed. They came out great. Dripping with juicy flavorful goodness.
