As is tradition, we ran up to the start of the Toronto Santa Claus Parade this morning and checked out the floats. Fun run, nice weather and good company. www.strava.com/activities/1... #runsky #strava #runto

The boys and I did a shorter Sunday run we titled "Tour de Sports 2". Visited some of the sporting sites in Toronto including the Bat Flip mural, BMO Field and the site of the old Exhibition Stadium plus the Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. www.strava.com/activities/1... #running #runTO

Four wins here, if you’ll allow me. Longest distance I’ve run since I started training again, but I also ran longer before walking than last week, walked less overall than last week despite the extra 3 km, and ran a much fast pace. Feeling like I’m back. #runTO
