I received a belated birthday present from my sister Ilea today and was delighted to get an Astro Boy shirt (I now happily have three), vegan nut butter cups, and a stack of vintage sci fi and fantasy. I guess those need to factor into my 2026 reading plans.

We met up with Celestine’s oldest friend and his mom at the oval for skating today. She’s learning fast.
