@JoshuaHolland doesn’t need to stop payments illegally. You have to remember we are in an information/propaganda war. profits immensely from . He wants to claim folks on social security are a burden to society. He would claim to “know” despite his obvious lack of credibility. Him and love to bash the disabled and otherwise less fortunate. @DemocracyMattersALot well they are also “winning” capitalism and the world so…

I am someone that is strongly against the levels of that exist in the world today. But I think we need to differentiate between not good/ worse / and pure evil in this regard.

Hypothetically a billionaire who would give up their fortune while they are still living should be respected more than one who would not.

Yes, absolutely, until they are no longer Oligarchs.

@MarvinFreeman “Rank calls for a significant increase in the federal minimum wage and the earned income tax credit. He also calls for grass-roots advocacy and labor unions to reduce inequality.”

@Jondreed I am embarrassed by the feds insistence of utilizing logic that very clearly puts regular working people at risk of losing work. We should and cartels to increase (which would ). should dismiss as Chair.

@JimJoe @rbreich Agree to disagree?

Personally I have a grudge against the exponentially increasing in the US (I’m also not oblivious to world wide inequality and am generally critical of ). While it would be nice to not take money so seriously, concentrations of money among the few often directly tranlates to imbalances of power and I think it’s bad for democracy.

@cwillmes He is dangerous. In general I think that the that he represents is dangerous as well.

Can there be very wealthy people? Sure.

Should anyone be able to accumulate millions of times more wealth than average hard working people? I think not.

If there were a 1000 CEOs just as devoted to coldly cutting costs for extra profit as him I firmly believe we would be in a world wide recession or worse.

It’s time to like the threat that they are.
