Just discovered THOUSANDS of videos on #Youtube normalizing #sextrade in #Thailand. No hint at all these foreign men realize they are participating in exploitation. Some whinier ones complain about being manipulated by "greedy" (extremely poor) #sexwork -ers. All of them whine about #Feminism back home.

As much as I am put off by this transactional environment, prohibition would be worse -- both johns and bar girls would still exist, but be much less safe from violence.

I decided to post this #OriginalSong in honour of #InternationalWomensDay. I wrote it in the late 80's or early 90's and recorded it back then, but this morning I replaced the vocal because I wanted to sing it as an old woman, not as a young woman. The old tracks are BrienBrannigan on bass/ guitar Francois Lardeau drums/keyboard and the beautiful backup voice of Rena Hecht.
