L'Unità: Sondaggi politici elettorali: il No avanti di 5 punti con l’affluenza al 42%, per Meloni il rischio è la scarsa partecipazione

Non sono buone notizie quelle che arrivano sulla scrivania della presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni sul referendum sulla giustizia. A meno di venti giorni dal voto, la partita sulla riforma della separazione delle carriere si è fatta tesissima.
Con toni e dibattito ormai scaduto, da una parte e dall’altra, quello che emerge con chiarezza è che l’interesse degli italiani sul tema resta particolarmente basso. A rilevarlo è anche l’ultimo sondaggio di Nando Pagnoncelli sul Corriere della Sera: oggi chi si dice sicuro di partecipare al voto è il 37% degli intervistati da Ipsos, solo un punto in più rispetto alla precedente rilevazione del 12 febbraio scorso.
Attualmente, spiega Pagnoncelli, la previsione ragionevole di partecipazione si colloca al 42 per cento. Tenendo conto di questa “base elettorale”, per la maggioranza di governo il risultato potrebbe essere catastrofico: grazie ad una maggiore mobilitazione alla partecipazione da parte dell’opposizione, in particolare nell’elettorato del Pd (63%) seguito dai pentastellati (57%) e dagli elettori delle altre liste del centrosinistra (51%), il fronte del No al referendum si attesterebbe al 52,4 per cento, mentre il Sì si fermerebbe al 47,6 per cento, in discesa di quasi due punti rispetto al mese scorso.
La speranza per Meloni e i sostenitori del Sì è che la partecipazione sia più elevata. Secondo Pagnoncelli infatti in caso di affluenza al 49 per cento, i due fronti si troverebbero sul filo della parità: i Sì al 50,2%, i No al 49,8%. Resta poi da considerare il non indifferente dato sugli elettori incerti, che sono il 7 per cento con partecipazione al 42% e che salgono a poco più del nove per cento nello scenario con affluenza più elevata.
Ipsos rileva inoltre che col trascorrere delle settimane diminuisce l’area degli elettori del Partito Democratico intenzionati a votare Sì al referendum: a febbraio stavano tra il 10 e il 14%, oggi sono scesi tra il 7 e il 9 per cento, segnale che la scelta da parte del governo di alzare i toni nel dibattito sulla riforma della giustizia sta spingendo gli elettori di centrosinistra verso il No.

The news arriving on the desk of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni regarding the referendum on justice is not good. Less than twenty days before the vote, the game surrounding the reform of the separation of powers has become extremely tense.

With tones and debate already exhausted, on one side and on the other, what emerges clearly is that Italian interest in the topic remains particularly low. This is also highlighted by the latest poll by Nando Pagnoncelli for Corriere della Sera: today, those who say they are sure to participate are 37% of the respondents from Ipsos, only one point more than the previous survey of February 12th.

Currently, according to Pagnoncelli, the reasonable forecast of participation is 42 percent. Taking into account this “electoral base,” for the government majority the result could be catastrophic: thanks to greater mobilization of participation by the opposition, particularly among voters for the PD (63%), followed by the Five Star Movement (57%) and voters for other center-left lists (51%), the No side to the referendum would stand at 52.4 percent, while Yes would stop at 47.6 percent, a decrease of almost two points compared to last month.

Meloni and supporters of Yes hope that participation will be higher. According to Pagnoncelli, if turnout is 49 percent, the two sides would be on the verge of parity: Yes at 50.2%, No at 49.8%. It also remains to be considered the non-negligible data on uncertain voters, who are 7 percent with a participation of 42% and that rise to just over nine percent in the most favorable scenario.

Ipsos also notes that as the weeks pass, the area of voters for the Democratic Party intending to vote Yes on the referendum decreases: in February they were between 10 and 14%, today they have fallen to between 7 and 9 percent, a sign that the government’s decision to raise the tone in the debate on the reform of the justice system is pushing center-left voters towards No.

AGI - Il clima si surriscalda nelle commissioni Esteri e Difesa di Camera e Senato, durante l'informativa dei ministri Crosetto e Tajani sulla situazione in Iran. È il titolare della Farnesina che, nelle repliche alle domande dei parlamentari, perde un po' la pazienza e altrettanto fa il leader M5s Giuseppe Conte, con la conseguenza che entrambi alzano il tono della voce.
A far scoccare la scintilla è la domanda fatta da Conte: "Il Tricolore dove lo avete dimenticato?". Tajani non accetta la provocazione e puntualizza: "Quanto al Tricolore, onorevole Conte, a me Trump non mi ha mai chiamato Toni, a lei la chiamava Giuseppi, quindi un rapporto particolare ce lo aveva lei...". Conte si scalda a sua volta e interviene, gridando, tra varie proteste che si sentono in sottofondo, "vergogna". Tajani con tono perentorio quindi controreplica: "Io non mi vergogno di niente, di cosa mi devo vergognare, me lo venga a dire..."
Lo scontro sul cappellino e le accuse
Dai 5 stelle si ricorda a Tajani il cappellino con cui è stato fotografato: "Il cappellino" dei Maga "era un regalo, ma io non sono mai andato in ginocchio da Merkel, ci è andato lei sottobanco...", incalza il ministro. Si levano urla di protesta dalle opposizioni, mentre dai banchi della maggioranza si alzano applausi e dei "bravo, bravo" rivolti al ministro degli Esteri. "Ma perché è così nervoso?", chiede Tajani. "Io capisco le difficoltà'... la verità fa molto male...", insiste Tajani.
La precisazione sui soldati italiani
Dopo alcuni minuti la presidente Stefania Craxi riesce a ripristinare l'ordine. E Tajani riprende la parola: "Non ho mai parlato di soldati italiani che si sono nascosti, è il contrario del mio modo di pensare, non l'ho mai detto, è falso, ho detto che erano al sicuro...", replica ancora il ministro, sempre rispondendo ad alcuni interventi delle opposizioni.
