Just back from seeing #DunePartTwo
While I enjoyed it very much, I was annoyed and frustrated by the lack of mention of Mentats and the critical role of #Spice in folding Space which enables crossing of vast distances.
All the effort in making amazing battle scenes, political manuverings, religious mythology and power struggle … but little to no explaination how it ALL depends on spice.
We are TOLD Spice is important, but we are not shown WHY
