Over the years I've had several trainees. For most parts they've been good kids, eager to learn and with a brain between their ears. So far I've only had to flunk one.
The current one is however well on her way towards that outcome. Over the month or so she's been with me, she's shown more of an attitude of someone who's forced to do something unpleasant, trying to decline work with a polite version of 'do I have to if I don't want to?'.
I'm not saying my age group did any better, but I do notice certain shifts in the attitudes and the style people try to justify their behavior. One striking example of this time is trying to sell personal laziness as 'sticking it to the billionaires', even when you work for a 10 person company with zero billionaires or even millionaires in it. Or the fact that's she's 'sticking it' into someone who genuinely wants her to succeed in her upcoming career.
Solar Coca-Cola lança primeiro Programa de Trainee para formar novas lideranças na companhia
Posicionada entre os 20 maiores fabricantes do Sistema Coca-Cola no mundo, a Solar Coca-Cola está lançando seu primeiro programa de trainee. O objetivo da iniciativa é atrair e desenvolver talentos com potencial para assumir posições de liderança na companhia, que atua em 70% do território brasileiro, operando na totalidade das regiões Norte, Nordeste, Estado do Mato Grosso e parte de Goiás e Tocantins. Com inscrições abertas, o programa disponibiliza seis vagas para profissionais com até três anos de formação. Os interessados podem se inscrever pela plataforma Eureca, até 8 de janeiro de 2025. Os candidatos selecionados começarão suas atividades na Solar Coca-Cola em março de 2025.
Os candidatos selecionados terão a oportunidade de atuar em diversas áreas de negócio, com vagas distribuídas em setores como logística, indústria, comercial, estratégia e marketing e tecnologia. Das seis vagas, três estão alocadas no escritório corporativo em Fortaleza e três nas operações regionais, abrangendo Estados como Alagoas, Mato Grosso e Ceará.
“A criação do programa é um marco importante para a Solar Coca-Cola, refletindo nosso compromisso com o desenvolvimento de talentos para posições-chave na companhia. Estamos lançando este programa com um olhar de longo prazo, de forma estruturada, para formar profissionais com o perfil e a ambição de crescer na Solar e fazer parte da nossa história,” afirma Emiliana Albanaz, diretora de Recursos Humanos da Solar Coca-Cola. “Optamos por um número reduzido de vagas nesta edição para que possamos acompanhar de perto a jornada de desenvolvimento de cada trainee, oferecendo uma experiência diferenciada com alto nível de suporte e orientação.”
Perfil desejado e benefícios diferenciados
Para participar, os candidatos devem ter concluído o ensino superior entre dezembro de 2021 e dezembro de 2024. Não há restrição de idade, e inglês não é um pré-requisito, sendo apenas desejável. A Solar busca profissionais com interesse genuíno em desenvolvimento e liderança, que compartilhem os valores da companhia e que estejam dispostos a se deslocar para diferentes regiões, conforme a necessidade do programa.
O programa oferece uma remuneração competitiva, com bolsa de R$ 7,5 mil e uma ajuda de custo adicional de R$ 1,5 mil para os candidatos de outros estados que se mudarem para para alguma localidade diferente da que residem no início do programa, além de benefícios como plano de saúde e odontológico, previdência privada, vale-refeição ou refeição no local, seguro de vida, acesso ao Gympass, desconto em produtos da empresa, programa de saúde emocional, telemedicina e participação nos lucros. Segundo Emiliana, “esse pacote de benefícios reforça o comprometimento da Solar em oferecer uma experiência completa, com condições que permitem aos trainees focarem no aprendizado e na adaptação, especialmente se forem deslocados para cidades diferentes da sua residência.”
Etapas do processo seletivo
O processo seletivo foi estruturado em quatro etapas, com duração total de aproximadamente quatro meses. A inscrição e a aplicação inicial de testes e cases serão realizadas na plataforma Eureca, reconhecida por sua forte atuação em programas de trainee no Brasil. Em seguida, os candidatos passarão por uma dinâmica on-line e, posteriormente, por uma entrevista com gestores da Solar. A última etapa, o “pitch presencial”, ocorrerá em Fortaleza, onde os finalistas terão a oportunidade de conhecer os gestores e a estrutura do escritório da Solar Coca-Cola.
“O processo seletivo foi pensado para que possamos identificar não só as competências técnicas, mas também as características comportamentais que acreditamos serem essenciais para o sucesso de um futuro líder na Solar,” explica a gestora. “Teremos um contato próximo com os trainees ao longo do programa, com o acompanhamento de mentores experientes que irão auxiliar cada um deles em sua jornada de desenvolvimento”.
