Here's information and a script for converting regular expression libraries in the popular RegexBuddy app to the #memoQ Regex Assistant. Interoperability between these two solution management tools facilitates sharing among users of diverse #translation management platforms, external solution providers and more. “Internal” fuzzy matches are text passages in a document or group of documents in a #translation or #localization project which are substantially alike in wording but which are not compared to records in translation memory databases. There are a number of ethical concerns when such internal matches are used to calculate the cost of translation work, but these concerns are particularly acute when a project involves multiple translators in the team.
