I love the #Trunks #mastodon app... But notifications dont seem to be working? Theyre working on the official mastodon app. I'm on iOS. Does anyone have much experience with this issue?

The path was about half way up the #valley side and it was clear with the occasionally blocked by fallen #trunks.

@DrPKR I might take another look in the future. I’m trialing #Trunks at the moment though it’s far from perfect.

Seems to be a #Trunks problem. Adding a second account doesn’t work, I just get “error logging in”. The hunt for an iPad Mastodon client that just works continues 😕

My hunt for an iPad Mastodon client that I like continues. Finally got fed up with #Icecubes inability to actually remove content that I have blocked from my timeline so I’m giving #Trunks a try.
(If only #moshidon wasn’t Android only 🙂 )

The new handling of text with some images, where the text is truncated with a "read more" button is really, really annoying.

Is this likely to change in the next beta? I just want to see all of the text by default, as before.

@Sam Tusky ist ein sehr guter Client für Mastodon, so dass ich aktuell davon ausgehe, dass du meinst, dass du nicht den gesamten "Strang" einer Unterhaltung sehen kannst?

Also, z.B. dass du mitten in eine Reihe von Trööts kommst.

Das ist leider auch in der Web-Oberfläche manchmal so … hier kann man auf den Live-Feeds wechseln, der dann teilweise sehr anzeigt.

Versuche doch mal die #trunks-App; meiner Meinung nach, kannst du dort quasi die fehlenden Trööts "nachtragen" lassen.

Einfach im App-Store nach 'trunks for Mastodon' suchen.

I’m giving #Trunks a go as the app to use for Mastodon. The official app stopped pushing notifications, reinstalling it did nothing and it hasn’t seemed to update in ages, either.
So far I love the fact that I can alter text size, line spacing and font, and the color scheme at least a little bit (would love to be able to select a color for each option).
We’ll see if I stick with this instead. It also keeps our instance’s character amount which the official app decided not to after the reinstall.

Consulta para todos los que usan algún cliente en iOS. Estoy usando de forma simultánea #Toot y #Trunks y aún no termino en decidirme. Trunk se lleva la delantera en lo estético y visual, pero las herramientas de exploración no termina de convencerme. Toot es más sencillo pero me agrada la opción que tiene de seguir las instancias completas, me sirve para entrarme de otros usuarios y que no aparecen en la línea federada.
En PC estoy con #ELK de momento.
