So Jim Hall from FreeDOS made a video on PsychDOS, a text-based desktop environment for DOS that I created and maintain in regards to the PsychOS Project... youtube.com/watch?v=wQCiZtnJekU

The PsychDOS desktop environment is now available

The PsychDOS desktop environment is an ANSI-like graphical interface for launching applications and having a few other other features. I highly recommend looking at the SCREENSHOTS and DOCS sections, as well as taking a look at the QCKGUIDE.PDF (Page 3.5 Issue #01) file to get a better idea.

PsychDOS is not out yet, but maybe someone out there might want to at least know about it and what better way than a cool poster? Until then, feel free to browse the PsychOS project site at psychoslinux.gitlab.io. I would also like to point out that the "640K minimum" and the "GPLv3" on the poster is for the desktop environment itself and that the included software may use more RAM and different, but still redistributable licenses.

At the very top of the poster, it says "TheOuterLinux Presents" with the site URL. Below that, there is a hand holding an old plastic VHS box with the cover saying "PsychDOS" and the site URL for the PsychOS project. The cover art of the VHS box is a pastel-styled picture of a person with a black hoodie with an old CRT monitor for a face. This person is holding up keyboard as if to show you in an aggressive manner and a computer mouse resting on the opposite shoulder. The CRT monitor for a face says "Hello World" in green text. The backdrop of the computer person is very vague but with colors to suggest being in a tunnel of some kind with warm light in the center. At the bottom of the VHS box's main picture, it says "Kicking @$$, one program at a time." There are stickers placed around the VHS box to make it more authentic as if it were a rental or bought used. Some of these stickers say things like "For DOSBox and FreeDOS," "Please copy this floppy," and "Required 640 RAM Minimum." There is also more text on the VHS box itself that says "PsychOS Project" at the top with the PsychOS logo, with "Y2K Compliant" and "GPLv3 Desktop Environment" at the bottom. At the bottom of the poster itself, it says "DOS Like A Boss." Behind the hand holding the VHS is a computer graveyard that fades into a purple haze.
