About the only good thing that has come from me doing years of chest compressions is that it lends itself to kneading dough quite well 😂

My #FunADay ambitions fell away from me and I really didn't keep up with any of the goals I set but I have tried to think about and appreciate the little fun wins I get in a day.
Today it was baking up these multigrain sourdough loaves, the past week has been designing and laying out some new pocket books.
Hey #breadiverse, #WeKneadToTalk. My bread content has been lacking this past little bit on here. I have made batched without any updates. And have been obsessed with Nigella seeds as my main flavouring.
So here is the last loaf from a recent batch, topped with a bay leaf.
Today's sourdough I went for a geometric pattern but a happy accident is it bloomed more into the patterns found on mushrooms. It's the size of a puffball and the aesthetic of a shitake mushroom. 1/4
Turkey bread update. Very satisfying to eat. It tears off by hand very easy and all the extra surface areas have increased the crust which is truly my favourite part.
Would recommend for the CRUST enthusiasts.
