Photos of Anselm Keifer's exhibition 'Finnegen's Wake' (White Cube 2023). Tough, gorgeously physical work, & especially enjoyable for the small works & (for me) wonderful chaos of the hang - plus clear evidence of a sense of humour (snice). I love (most) of his big paintings but they are queasy - in part / too much - gross excess (spectacle). These smaller works were very engaging.

We Kiefer'd. #RA and #WhiteCube Mason's Yard. If you're a hardcore Kiefer fan you'll do both; if you want a good #Kiefer exhibition and not have to pay £20, I highly recommend the White Cube. Tbh, we preferred it to the RA (which was a shadow of the original at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam).

The new #anselmkiefer exhibition at #whitecube #bermondsey is a stunner. The way he transforms the entire gallery space into what feels like a dystopian #wunderkammer, prompting questions and making bold statements is incredible.
I have been to a few of this artists shows now and every time I am blown away! I would have spent hours in there yesterday but it suddenly got very busy with the arrival of a school trip. (Too loud for me!)
Well worth a visit of you're in or around #london soon!
Scheduled for 2023. Creating works for #phone screens & large scale #whitecube installations. #Scaleable monuments. Everything is set.
