"This paper is a report on an experimental re-examination of the data reported by #WestinghouseLaboratories on the work of Walter Russell. #NikolaTesla was so impressed with the theories and experiments of Walter Russell that he advised Russell to lock his knowledge in the Smithsonian for 1,000 years until mankind was ready.
"Recent research has been conducted by the authors in order to verify Russell's theories and experiments. The experiments that Russell conducted in 1927, which were verified by Westinghouse laboratories have been repeated. Russell reported at that time that he had found a novel way to change to ratio of hydrogen to oxygen in a sealed quartz tube containing water vapor. The use of magnetic fields was shown to produce this effect. The end result of the experiments was to demonstrate a cheap and efficient method of hydrogen production for a hydrogen based fuel economy. Experiments performed to repeat these results have met with some success. This paper will present the theory and results of experiments performed in an attempt to duplicate these tests.
Russell's work also involved the assembly of a device to produce energy from the background flux of fields designated by some researchers zero point energy.
"Recent research has uncovered experiments that were conducted by Walter and #LaoRussell in conjunction with #Raytheon Corporation in Colorado Springs and General Chapman of #NORAD. @corduroy I found one once in the carpark of the Melbourne Synchrotron at Clayton. It was battered and falling apart, but I took it home and carefully cleaned it up with a solvent hoping to find a design for a time machine or a zero-point energy device.
Imagine my disappointment when I found 4 screen shots of a first-person shooter computer game.

Magneetmotor
Op deze stand was eveneens een werkend model te zien van een magneetmotor. Behalve stroom ontstaat rondom zo’n motor ook een magnetisch veld dat de potentie heeft om de zwaartekracht te verminderen of zelfs op te heffen. Tegelijkertijd daalt daarbij de temperatuur. Een ander kenmerk is dat de toename van de snelheid exponentieel is wanneer het voltage van de stroomtoevoer toeneemt. Dit betekent in theorie dat je met zo’n voertuig warp-snelheden kunt bereiken en interstellair kunt reizen.
Testvlucht
De Amerikaan Ralph Ring heeft begin jaren ’60 van de vorige eeuw daadwerkelijk een testvlucht uitgevoerd met een op deze techniek gebaseerde vliegende schotel. Dat gebeurde in het kader van een supergeheim regeringsprogramma. Op de GlobalBEM Conferentie van vorig jaar in Hilversum vertelde Ralph Ring daarover.

In addition to that Searl showed a working model of a magnet motor.
Last year Ralph Ring told the participants of the first GlobalBEM Conference in Hilversum, Holland, that in the sixties of last century he actually flew a craft, build according to these design principles, as part of a top secret government programm.
