If only we could all be accepted and supported for who we are without having to research and scrap and fight and struggle to get there

To be clear, these labels can totally be useful for people, especially when it comes to finding community, resources, understanding, and treatment! But I think it's fucked up that we aren't afforded these things in the first place without first being categorized in an othering fashion

"Disorders" are often a way systems gatekeep and stigmatize you for the abuse and inaccessibility n shit you've suffered bc of white supremacy and capitalism n shit

I think a lot of symptoms we attribute to various psychological "disorders" are symptoms of the trauma people with those "disorders" endure as part of ableist and anti-neurodivergent abuse.
