Twenty years ago, we complained about the lack of sidewalks on Stuart between Ginnings and Strickland. They gave us new bike lanes (there were old faded ones). Ginnings is scheduled to be rebuilt, and now sidewalks go up on Stuart. But I wonder how they will address this pinch point where the electric pole and guy wire block the way.
