This is a WisBlock LoRa device connected to an Orange Pi Zero 2W. They retail for around $35 and $25 respectively. Combined, they give you the ability to run #Reticulum over LoRa, local WiFi connection, TCP, and I2P. If you're paranoid, you can rfkill block the WiFi and Bluetooth antennas on the Orange Pi. If you're even more paranoid, they're right there accessible and ready to be removed. On the Orange Pi, the WiFi component is literally a detachable antenna.
Btw, I'm getting into #LoRa, and I’m learning that there are different flavours (#Meshtastic, #Meshcore, #Reticulum…).
While Meshtastic looks sexiest, the app is no longer compatible with my iPad, which might make me lean towards Meshcore — backward compatibility also matters.
How can #reticulum #meshchat on an rnode X suddenly lose the ability to send/receive messages from one particular #rnode A, when all other rnodes B & C continue to work fine and communicate with X? When restarting the rnode X the problem goes away....
Never seen this before. Normally either every message route between A & X and C & X and B & X works or nothing works.
Is there a routing issue? (Announces were made from all radios and plenty of time taken).

Working on something for Reticulum/NomadNet. It's a little script that takes CalDAV subscriptions and turns them into linked micron pages. If the internet ceased to function in your town tomorrow, what networked features would you like to see that could be supported by 1.07kbps?
