Warum Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung wichtig ist.

K2 hatte heute schulfrei und telefonierte mit seiner Oma. Dabei erfuhr er, dass Opa gerade einkaufen ist.

Kurze Zeit später rief K2 Opa mit unterdrückter Nummer an, verstellte die Stimme und bestellte als „Oma“ zwei Gläser Nutella. Besonders ihre Stimme kann er täuschend echt nachmachen.

Opa, nicht ahnend, dass er hereingelegt wurde – Oma ruft ja auch immer anonym an – kaufte brav ein.

K2 freut sich jetzt aufs Wochenende mit Nutella.

Merke: Die Rufnummer war in diesem Fall der zweite Faktor. Ohne sie kann man leicht jemandem was aufs Brot schmieren. Nutella zum Beispiel.

Ich bin jedenfalls etwas stolz auf ihn.

Direct action so potent it changes the language for more than two and half centuries.

A quantum leap in productivity happens not when you optimize for having busy people/teams, but for ready-to-go people/teams.

The former one is about utilization leading to a “highway as a parking lot”, the latter about availability and thus responsiveness of the system of work unlocking higher flow of value.
