An impressionist intentional camera movement of the victorian shelter at Barry Island.

@chap1v5 always focus first, as you're moving the camera about, it won't be sharp but the form remains relatively intact. Movement, try flicks and back and forth movements.

@chap1v5 lots of trial and error, you can move the camera from a certain start to end position but do this 10 times and every image will be different, even if you try to be accurate when repeating it. Certain ways of moving the camera produce different results so the same subject will look different depending on your technique. If I shoot 100 images, I may only be happy with say 5!

A few more painterly 'fine art' images taken with camera using intentional camera movement before having layers of digital textures added.

These are all of Rhoose Point, the most southerly point of mainland Wales.

Well I'm glad to say that it's all over, I've passed, and more importantly, my work and work from other talent USW photography students is available to view as an exhibition for 1 week only at Bay Art Cardiff at Cardiff Bay.

Car boot super find. Olympus OM10 with an Olympus 28mm on the front. Mirror locked up and the aperture blades super slow.£15 later, it's mine. New battery released the shutter down and a quick bit of tlc with neat alcohol on the aperture blades and the lens is back fully functional. Loaded a roll of Kentmere Pan 100 and went out to test the meter as well as the light seals. Glad to say it passed both of the tests!

Enjoyed shooting this intimate landscape yesterday. Sometimes we're so transfixed on getting the hero vista shot, we forget to look closer and see what's right there in front of our eyes.
