@krypt3ia Got ghosted after getting through the second phase of the interview process by a recruiter who actually lived in my neighborhood, which he brought up initially and we chatted about for a bit when I first talked to him. They went with a different candidate which fine, whatever, but they didn't bother even letting me know and when I emailed him to ask where things stood like 2 weeks later he never even bothered replying, just sent me an auto-generated rejection notification. Classy.

So I finished the first layout of the new Arasaka keycaps on the Kinesis. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it and am now in the process of relearning some slight ergonomic changes that resulted from using non-Kinesis-sized keycaps on the keebs. But I'm sure I'll get used to that soon enough.
