@gigi Hi Gigi, it did not work with Chromium on my laptop, but it did flash on Chrome on another laptop. I am still finding out how this T-deck plus works, it is not as good as the Echo which only works with the app. It also has no antenna. It is very basic. I may have to return it too if it does not connect further.

Ik denk dat die Heltec veel verzendkosten heeft omdat hij direct uit de VS wordt gestuurd, en met allerlei taxes enz. zal dat er niet goedkoper op worden, en het is dan inderdaad beter het bij TT oid te bestellen, als ze het nog op voorraad hebben.

Anyone have experience running dual meshtastic/meshcore solar nodes?

Looking at some easy COTS solutions, it seems like retrofitting the Atlavox Beacon might work. Mount the first antenna as normal and then either:

1) extend a second one above the first 14" or so

2) let the second one route off the bottom of the beacon

The long term goal is to use meshcore for larger regional connectivity and meshtastic for easy ad-hoc connectivity. Then set up bridges that relay between the two. Desired end-state is emergency comms across the northeast that are actually reliable.

But I recently jumped onboard the hexagonal granny stitch cardigan trend. It's not going to be high fashion, but it will be a nice comfy cozy sweater. Sort of like a wearable blanket. And damn, it's such an easy pattern! So low stress.
