I think a lot of people don't understand the additional symptoms those of us with ME/CFS must suffer as well as fatigue.

Today, I am aching all over like I have a bad flu, my ears hurt at any background noise and I am very tense and jumping at every little thing.

These are just some of the symptoms I have to deal with as well as having zero energy all the time and having to remain horizontal and at rest for most of the time.

#plant #ecology people: I'm writing a lecture and have come across the claim that plants with #wind-blown #seeds are distributed randomly in their environments (as opposed to aggregated or regular #distributions). Can't find a reference *anywhere*. Anyone know if this is true or not? I find it hard to believe that anything is truly randomly distributed.

I realise that distribution depends on the spatial scale so if true probably only random at the 1m - 5m quadrat level.

@robknell when modelling weed seed dispersal I generally assume dispersal to be even in all directions but most annual weeds tend to be gravity dispersed. I do assume wind seed dispersal to be directional when necessary but to a much lesser extent than pollen
