This is a nice demonstration of volunteer-run diamond open access succeeding, over about 8 years now.
And we seem to be accelerating, with a bunch of new editors.

The Computer Language Benchmarks Game has updated to Chapel 2.2, whose 'Allocators' module enabled a new binary-trees version nearly 4x as fast as the previous. This closed the gap between the geometric mean of our fastest entries vs. that of C and #Rust.
