• 2020 durch Peter Altmaier (CDU) und Horst Seehofer (CSU) eingeführt. Heizungen, die vor 1991 eingebaut wurden, müssen umgehend ausgetauscht werden. Neuere spätestens nach 30 Jahren, selbst wenn sie komplett funktionsfähig sind! 🧐

• 2023 überarbeitet Robert Habeck (Grüne) das Gesetz. Wesentliche Änderungen: Heizungen dürfen so lange verwendet werden, wie sie funktionsfähig sind oder repariert werden können. Neue Heizungen müssen mind. zu 65 % CO2-neutral arbeiten. -> Maximal technologieoffen! Nur das Ziel wird vorgegeben, nicht der Weg.

• In den darauffolgenden Jahren beginnt eine Hexenjagd von CDU, CSU, FDP, Springerpresse sowie der Gas- und Öl-Lobby unter dem Deckmantel, dass alles viel technologieoffener sein muss. 🤑🤥

• 2026 überarbeitet die neue Bundesregierung aus CDU und SPD das Gesetz erneut. Der Plan: technologieoffene Zielmarke (die 65 %) streichen und stattdessen eine Grüngasquote einführen. Soviel zum Thema technologieoffen. 🤡

I would like to see the number of small, single prompts being sent to the LLM for one coding task

Mein Vorschlag: Wir nehmen digitale Souveränität ernst – nicht nur reden, sondern handeln! Wir erarbeiten einen Plan, wie wir die öffentliche Verwaltung in den nächsten Jahren auf Freie Software umstellen können, und schnüren ein Paket von 481 Mio. Euro pro Jahr, die dann in die deutsche/europäische Open-Source-Wirtschaft fließen. Ich bin mir sicher, da kann man dann auch die Universitäten mit reinpacken... Problem gelöst... Deal? 🤔💡

Schleswig-Holstein macht es vor und kann dem Bund bestimmt den einen oder anderen Tipp geben.

Imagine „anyone“ just asking AI to create an app an deploy it on the fly - without caring users about IPs, certs, DBs, Webservers…

Of course, other trouble coming with that. But now as the dev-entrance-barrier was more or less removed, imagine this also for the hosting.

I think the big LLMs will offer this as a user catcher soon - but definitely even less decentralization then
