HarmonyOS Next will break itself from Android and Linux with its own kernel, transforming itself as an alternative to Android and iOS. Honestly, I am very excited about this announcement. I want a viable alternative, apart from Phosh etc., which are good but still unaffordable for me. I have not earned lots of money and my technical knowledge is still very limited. With this alternative, I get another chance to try another OS without emptying my pocket for merely an iPhone.

While it saddens me with its decision to part ways with Linux, it decides to open the source code (kinda like AOSP).

So why would Microsoft force you to use the same login to your computer as for your Microsoft account and your Skype account? It makes no sense and is a serious security risk!

Debian gets me a nightmare as well.
From being unable to adjust brightness permanently, wired and wireless connection keeps disconnected and even to copy a 2.8-GB ISO file needs more than an hour.

I tried OpenSUSE yesterday but its package manager is too slow for me as it needs around 5 minutes to load update information.

I should probably go back to Fedora in this case.

My experience with MX Linux is unfortunately disastrous. Currently looking for a new distro.

Urgh can't proceed watching the slim livestream because my #Ubuntu system can't handle... Well actually I don't know what it can't handle. I barely run my big programs on Ubuntu since the system already can't even run them.
Aight, so it's just browsing and some instant messaging.

Try @Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net again on my old phone after 3 years! The browser seems to still remain beautiful and amazing, except I can't export and import bookmarks locally. I would like this option since I would like to have separate bookmarks on both desktop and mobile. Hopefully, my wish will be granted!
