Alright Retro Gaiden (and the larger retro scene in the Fediverse), I have a question for y'all!

What third-party controllers for the original Xbox or PS2 would you recommend buying?

I'm not referring to USB controllers for PC, but rather, controllers that are compatible with original hardware. Also, preferably, I'd like them to have the same (or similar) ergonomics and button glyphs as OEM controllers for those consoles (color not important).
